Druidic Groups: Nemeton Tabebuya - Caer Piratininga- Nemeton Terras de Pitanga and guests
This Feast is known by many names to many people, for the Truth is reflected from many mirrors. It has been celebrated as Februa and Candlemas. Our ancestors called it by names long forgotten, and our children will call it by names as yet unconceived.
This Feast of Imbolc is sacred to the Lady, the child-woman, the virgin who is known as Brighid and Athena and Britomartis and names without number. She it was who brought forth the Child of Light out of the Darkness in the darkest of the Dark Days. She it is who has nurtured the Child and now brings him forth as the new hope. She it is who has prepared the sleeping Earth to bring forth her bounty in the Summer which even here has its first beginnings.
Imbolc is the time of the hearth fire, and the thawing and stirring of Earth’s waters. We make offerings to Brighid, and to Angus Og.
Brighid, Goddess of Poetry,
Fill our minds with Life and Light,
And bring new Meaning to this Night.
Brighid, Goddess of the Hearth-fire,
Fill our hearts with hearth-fire bright,
And bring new Power to this Night.
Brighid, Goddess of Healing,
Put all illness now to flight,

Déanta was an Irish traditional group from Northern Ireland, based in County Antrim who last played together in 1997. The band's members included Mary Dillon, Deirdre Havlin, Rosie Mulholland, Eoghan O'Brien, Kate O'Brien and Clodagh Warnock. The band released three albums on Green Linnet during its career which blended traditional tunes and songs with arrangements sometimes veering towards a contemporary setting. Kate married Paul McSherry of Tamalin in 1995.  There was no denying it, for the first time in many years I was being visited by a Goddess from another land. Isis had always been a Goddess who had inspired me, but I had never written a song for her until this time. I had just bought a new mandola and was 'noodling' around with it, just playing around with notes, when this middle-eastern style riff came from out of nowhere. I continued playing, and it was like it had a life of its own, moving into a very nice key change - the Awen was flowing, and a song was on the way.... I put the mandolin down, and went to one of my altars to collect my figure of Isis - she is standing, one winged-arm outstretched, the other pointing to the ground. I placed her in on the table in front of me, and continued to play the tune. Before long the words were flowing, and her story was being told - from the game that formed her, to the reconstruction of Osiris, I saw a shadow formed by the light of the full moon, and within that shadow I watched as Set emerged from the darkness. I saw a coffin, floating down the nile, I saw her tears of joy falling onto the desert sand, bringing new live from the barren soil. I was exhausted when it was done, but also very much at peace - a story told, a Goddess honoured. (Damh the Bard)

 Awen is the 'flowing spirit' of Bardic inspiration and creativity. I wanted to write a song that summed up how I felt about the beauty, and wonder, of the natural world. A song that filled me up every time I heard the lyrics, as it told of how the Gods show themselves to us everyday through the world of nature.Song of Awen was the result. (Damh the bard)

| | It´s alredy known that this is the biggest parade of the world, the second is in the USA. This year we had 3.5 million people there...
but the most funny part was when I finally stopped a Drag Queen to take a picture and she turned to my boyfriend and said...RICHARD! (suspicious? yes! they knew each other...) :D
I had lots of fun. It´s very nice to realize how people can be free in places like that!

St. Patrick´s Night in O´Malley´s Pub in São Paulo-Brazil, is one of the happiest night of the year.
This Year there were 5 band, a U2 cover, Trio Dose Triple and the Irish Band from Cork -MURPHY´s LAW,it´s the 9th year they spend St. Patrick´s day here and I have to say they love it!
